You will play a vital role in maintaining high-standard, safe, and inviting commercial environments across our diverse facility portfolio. • Execute general facility repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure operational safety.

• Master advanced floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.

• Perform deep carpet extraction and maintenance for various commercial flooring types.

• Operate and maintain specialized industrial floor care equipment and tools.

• Coordinate with the custodial team on high-priority housekeeping and client projects.

• Facilitate emergency response efforts including on-call needs and seasonal snow removal.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

• Proven experience in general maintenance or commercial janitorial services.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform extended standing or bending.

• Valid driver's license with a record of reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and understand English.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Prior experience specifically in professional floor care or surface restoration.

• Technical proficiency with VCT, LVP, and ceramic tile maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on cleaning machinery.
