As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—ensuring every visit is seamless, uplifting, and memorable.

• Coordinate spa schedules and manage guest flow with ease and professionalism
  
• Provide exceptional service while educating guests on treatments, retail products, and membership options
  
• Support front desk operations including phone handling, check-ins/outs, and appointment booking
  
• Help meet team sales goals by recommending retail and gift card purchases
  
• Ensure every guest's experience is five-star—from what they see and hear to what they smell and feel
  
• Collaborate with department leads to support daily operations and guest satisfaction
  
• Maintain high attention to detail and uphold all company policies
  

• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  
• A genuine desire to help others and be a part of something meaningful
  
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
  

• Starting pay of $18/hour + performance bonuses
