About This Position

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 and a bonus program

Location: Tennyson Store

Schedule: Variable schedule model

Who You Are

You are a motivated and dynamic Retail Store Manager with strong business acumen to lead our team in achieving and exceeding sales goals. This role calls for a proactive leader who takes full ownership of store performance, with a focus on elevating the client experience while driving sustained sales growth. This results-driven leader will cultivate a high-performing team, foster a culture of excellence, and uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Foster an environment of partnership and positivity, inspiring the team to excel and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to develop the team’s skills and capabilities.
    • Participate in the interviewing and hiring processes to build teams of high-performing talent.
    • Lead by example in conducting in-person client appointments, showcasing jewelry with expertise, and delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience.
  • Sales Performance and Business Growth:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Associates to meet sales targets.
    • Demonstrate a robust understanding of business processes and KPIs, coaching each team member to achieve performance goals.
    • Drive showroom sales performance by identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Ownership of Store Performance:
    • Take full accountability for your store, ensuring that you meet the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
    • Responsibility of adhering to budgets and delivering as well as monitoring sales goals.
    • Implement efficiency improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures to enhance the customer experience and operational performance.
  • Customer Experience Management:
    • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience, collaborating with the customer care team to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom, upholding visual merchandising and retail operations standards, including planogram updates and seasonal roll-outs.
    • Responsible for the implementation and management of the team for clienteling.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years Jewelry Experience required with minimum 2 years in Jewelry Management.
  • Proven experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Robust CRM software experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset.
  • College Degree preferred.
