Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on skilled trades and technical positions. This role is responsible for developing recruiting strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce demands. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in recruiting, relationship building, and talent pipeline development within industrial or technical environments.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Will:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and workforce needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and industry events
• Develop partnerships with trade schools and training programs to build long-term talent pipelines
• Provide market insights and recruiting data to support hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within heavy equipment, construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• Experience recruiting diesel technicians or technical roles strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and employment laws
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
