FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN at Southeastern Health – Lumberton, North Carolina

Ability to read and follow written instructions, to include MSDS sheets, policies and procedures.

Employee has a valid North Carolina driver's license and successfully completes the UNC Health SE driving course.

Employee must be able to withstand the chemicals and cleaning agents and stooping, lifting heavy items, moving furniture, all which is required in the floor maintenance process.

Will provide full support with any disaster event as required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Working knowledge of general cleaning equipment, methods and agents gained through work experience.

Knowledge of floor care equipment and procedures gained through experience in a healthcare setting.
