Shuttle Driver / Greeter (Full-Time) at Saucon Valley Country Club – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Position Overview:

Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a reliable and responsible Shuttle Driver to join our team. The shuttle driver will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for the employees. The shuttle driver will also serve as a greeter, welcoming guests and assisting the valet team in between shuttle drives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clean driving record and a positive demeanor. This job is seasonal, which ends on or around October 31st, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations, including airports
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies and procedures
• Follow pre-determined routes and schedules
• Provide excellent customer service
• Warmly greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
• Directing members and guests throughout the property and answering event-related questions
• Representing Saucon Valley Country Club with a consistently positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a 15 passenger shuttle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to start as early as 4:30am and/or end as late as midnight
• Full time: around 30-40 hours per week
• Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and vehicle care
• Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable
• Enjoys working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
