POSITION AVAILABLE:
Speech-Language Pathologist ( SLP)
1099 Contractor — Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Community Based in Orange County or Osceola County

❤️ MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Provide skilled speech and language therapy services

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

* Work with children experiencing developmental delays and communication challenges

* Help patients develop functional communication skills

* Monitor, document, and review patient progress

* Provide caregiver education and home-program recommendations

* Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the multidisciplinary team

* Collaborate with and provide feedback and supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, as applicable

* Participate in treatment planning and ongoing patient care

REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology

* Current Florida SLP License

* Level II fingerprinting/background clearance

* Valid Driver's License

* Professional Liability Insurance

* Pediatric experience (preferred)

* Feeding therapy experience (preferred)

* AAC experience (preferred)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent collaboration and organizational skills

* Genuine passion for helping children communicate, connect, and thrive

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Pediatric therapy experience (at least 1 years)

* Feeding therapy experience

* Knowledge of sensory integration

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to physically assist patients with functional activities and therapeutic exercises

* Passion for helping children reach their goals
