About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalismHandle check-ins and check-outs efficientlyAssist with reservations, phone calls, cancellations, and guest requestsProvide information about resort amenities and local attractionsHelp create positive guest experiences from arrival to departureMaintain accuracy with cash handling and billing proceduresWork closely with teammates to support smooth daily operationsAdapt to a flexible schedule that supports resort operations

What We’re Looking For

Customer service or hospitality experience preferredFriendly personality with strong communication skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeComfortable using computers and handling multiple tasksFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededPositive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededAbility to work 1:00pm-9:00pm and/or 3:00pm-11:00pmMust have availability to work weekends
