Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 Hourly
Schedule: Mon - Thurs. 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Position Description:
As a Client Success Associate your main responsibility is to manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless order lifecycle from intake through shipment. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments to ensure timely communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and process customer orders accurately in internal systems.
• Send order confirmations and provide ongoing updates to clients.
• Review and manage Finished Product Worksheets (FPWs) in coordination with Sales.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from order placement through delivery.
• Provide weekly status updates on open orders and timelines.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure customer accounts are in good standing.
• Manage back orders, including cancellations or maintaining open orders as needed.
• Validate inventory availability and communicate final production yields to customers.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers and internal teams via email and phone.
• Coordinate sample requests and shipments based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and client needs.
• Track returns and communicate issues to Sales and leadership.
• Monitor customer order trends to anticipate reorders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Submit and track customer complaints, requests, and quoting inquiries.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Planning to meet delivery timelines and priorities.
• Ensure timely label ordering with suppliers or customers.
• Support cross-functional teams and provide backup coverage when needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience.
• Work directly with QA Manager and support staff to implement changes and evaluate structure to adjust to business improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's and Degree in Science, Education, Business, Administration is a plus.
• Experience managing customer orders across multiple departments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
Quick learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with navigating customer orders through internal departments
A persistent, creative, and friendly personality
Technically savvy Organizational and time management skills, problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
