- Participate in global process discovery and requirements gathering meetings to identify automation opportunities and business improvement initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend scalable SAP-based solutions that minimize the need for customizations.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective process solutions.
- Support automation and digital transformation projects by aligning business requirements with system capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between clients, business teams, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Document process flows, business requirements, and solution recommendations clearly and accurately.
- Proven experience working within SAP environments and business process analysis initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in related business areas.
- Strong experience interacting and negotiating with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced or fluent English skills, with the ability to participate actively in meetings conducted in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural and distributed teams.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model with occasional visits to client sites when required.
