Senior Marketing Manager Global Events & Experiences

This role defines and executes the global events strategy for a leading cybersecurity organization, shaping how the brand is experienced across flagship trade shows, internal summits, partner events, and regional activations worldwide. You will be responsible for creating consistent, high-impact event experiences that reinforce brand positioning and strengthen engagement with customers, partners, and the broader security ecosystem. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a strong ability to manage complex global event portfolios and multiple stakeholders across regions. You will also build scalable systems, toolkits, and activation frameworks that enable regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality event experiences. Operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you will work closely with product marketing, sales, design, and PR teams to ensure alignment across messaging and execution. This role is ideal for an experienced events leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, operations, and global coordination. AI-enabled tools and modern event technologies are an expected part of how you plan and execute at scale.

Accountabilities

Lead the global events and experiences strategy, ensuring consistent execution, strong brand representation, and operational excellence across trade shows, internal events, and regional activations.

  • Own end-to-end execution of major global trade shows such as Black Hat, RSA, Gartner, and other industry events
  • Define booth strategy, messaging hierarchy, and on-site brand experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Lead planning and execution of internal and partner events including Sales Kickoff, President’s Club, and launch events
  • Manage hybrid and global event formats, ensuring consistent execution across regions
  • Build scalable event activation kits and toolkits to support regional and field marketing teams
  • Establish global standards for event branding, swag strategy, vendor management, and production timelines
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination across sales, product marketing, design, and PR teams
  • Develop event calendars, reporting frameworks, and post-event performance measurement processes
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across a portfolio of global events
  • Partner on speaker activation programs and ensure alignment with messaging and event priorities
Requirements

Experienced global events leader with a strong track record in B2B event strategy and execution, capable of building scalable systems and delivering high-impact experiences across regions and stakeholders.

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B event management, including at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional role
  • Proven experience leading major trade show strategy, booth execution, and large-scale event logistics
  • Background in planning and delivering internal flagship events such as SKOs, sales rallies, or partner summits
  • Strong ability to build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and operational event systems
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and global teams
  • Proficiency with AI tools for planning, content development, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones in fast-paced environments
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology environments
  • Exposure to channel events, PR coordination, or speaker bureau programs is a plus
