In this role, you will shape and elevate a high-impact social media presence for a fast-moving, AI-driven cybersecurity environment. You will be responsible for creating compelling, culture-relevant content that captures attention across platforms and translates complex security topics into engaging narratives. Acting as both strategist and hands-on creator, you will drive content production from concept to publication while collaborating closely with marketing, product, communications, and talent teams. This position sits at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and technology, requiring a strong instinct for what performs in modern digital culture. You will also play a key role in community engagement, helping build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences brand perception, audience growth, and engagement at scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy that strengthens brand presence and drives engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Create and publish high-volume, high-quality, platform-native content including short-form video, graphics, copy, and interactive media
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and technical topics into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant social storytelling
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, communications, and talent teams to align content with business objectives
  • Manage community engagement by responding to audiences and interacting with customers, partners, and industry voices
  • Monitor trends across consumer, sports, entertainment, and political media to inspire innovative content strategies
  • Analyze social performance metrics and contribute to reporting on campaign effectiveness and audience growth
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and platform features to continuously improve reach and engagement
  • Support always-on and campaign-based initiatives with agile, high-quality content execution
Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in social media content creation and digital storytelling, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on content creation skills, including writing, editing, and basic production of multimedia content
  • Deep understanding of social platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
  • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and resonates with diverse audiences
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple tones and formats
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, communications, or product environments
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Khoros) and AI-assisted content tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
  • Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging trends, platforms, and digital culture
  • Bonus: familiarity with cybersecurity or technical industries, with the ability to simplify complex topics
