TAR - Welder in at Precision NDT LLC

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the Turnaround Group (TAR) of our Oil and Gas Extraction Mining and Quarrying industry. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding duties in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all welding work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all equipment is maintained and repaired as needed. You will work closely with other members of the TAR team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a welding apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Oil and Gas Extraction Mining and Quarrying industry
• Certification in welding
• Experience with welding on heavy equipment and machinery

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Ensure that all welding work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with other members of the TAR team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills:

As a Welder, you will use your skills in welding, equipment maintenance, and repair on a daily basis. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and have experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices. Your ability to collaborate with other members of the TAR team and maintain a safe and clean work environment will be essential to your success in this role.
