Job SummaryAs an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will support live promotional campaigns for nonprofit organizations through community events, fundraising efforts, retail activations, and public outreach programs. This position provides practical experience in event planning, promotional advertising, fundraising strategy, customer interaction, campaign coordination, and nonprofit marketing.
Primary Responsibilities- Support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and live marketing events
- Serve as a professional representative for charitable organizations and community initiatives
- Build positive relationships with event attendees and community members
- Share information about fundraising goals, outreach programs, and nonprofit missions
- Promote awareness for community-based campaigns and charitable causes
- Assist with event preparation, setup, logistics, and breakdown
- Hand out promotional materials and campaign information at events
- Record customer feedback and campaign engagement information when required

- Work closely with team members to ensure successful campaign execution and event operations
