We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Park Apartments in Columbus, OH.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

Pay of $28.00 - $32.00/hr. based on experience
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $1,000.00

What We Need from you:

HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge required
HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
40 hours per week
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
