Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Anchor Plumbing Services
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Anchor Plumbing Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR to join our team. This role is responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and helping keep our daily call board full.
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments
• Make outbound follow-up and membership calls
• Assist customers with payments and account updates
• Support dispatch with schedule changes and delays
• Update customer information in ServiceTitan
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call
Qualifications
• 3+ months of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Plumbing industry or ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Shifts between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Occasional overtime or on-call weekends
