Room Attendant (Luxury 5-star Hotel)

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Room Attendants to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to the hotels luxury standards.

• Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with amenities, linens, and supplies.

• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation before guest occupancy.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly.

• Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with care and professionalism.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in Housekeeping within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.

• Positive attitude with a strong service mindset and respect for guest privacy.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a polished service attitude aligned with luxury standards.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills even under pressure.

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
