This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to help expand a fast-growing financial technology platform across North America. You will play a key role in acquiring and growing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients by delivering innovative financial solutions that simplify global business operations. Working in a high-growth, international environment, you’ll manage complex sales cycles, engage directly with senior decision-makers, and contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies. The position combines consultative selling, strategic relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration in a performance-oriented culture. Ideal candidates are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and energized by building meaningful client partnerships in rapidly evolving markets. This fully remote opportunity offers strong career growth potential within a dynamic and globally connected sales organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, consultative sales strategies, and relationship-building initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through negotiation, closing, and account expansion activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic pipeline management plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue and quota targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with CFOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives across a wide range of industries.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, product, and leadership teams to optimize conversion rates and improve the overall client experience.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts while helping clients optimize their financial operations.
  • Provide actionable market feedback and client insights to support continuous product and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, outreach strategies, and scalable processes that support ongoing regional growth.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, payments, or related industries.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Existing network of transferable B2B relationships within mid-sized businesses, enterprises, or venture-backed startup ecosystems preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial technology solutions, cross-border payments, spend management platforms, or digital asset technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Highly proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced startup environment.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position within a rapidly growing international organization.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact role with strong visibility and career advancement potential.
  • Exposure to global markets and collaboration with international teams across North America and Latin America.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment focused on innovation and growth.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to the expansion of cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
  • Collaborative culture that values initiative, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Competitive compensation structure aligned with experience and performance achievements.
