This role is central to driving strategic, high-value commercial deals in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. You will operate at the intersection of sales, finance, legal, and product teams, helping structure agreements that balance customer needs with strong business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor and deal architect, you will manage complex negotiations, streamline deal execution, and support revenue growth through thoughtful commercial strategy. You will help accelerate sales cycles while maintaining pricing integrity, operational consistency, and scalable processes across the organization. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support the end-to-end deal structuring and execution process, ensuring efficient progression from proposal to signed agreement.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to create commercially sound deal structures that align customer requirements with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on pricing models, packaging, quoting, and contract terms across standard and non-standard deals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between legal, finance, revenue operations, product, and pricing teams to ensure deal accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage complex enterprise agreements, including multi-product, multi-year, and custom commercial arrangements.
  • Conduct deal reviews and proactively identify risks, blockers, or inconsistencies before they impact sales cycles.
  • Support reporting, discounting analysis, and process optimization initiatives that improve visibility into deal quality and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to deal desk workflows, policies, and sales processes to enhance scalability and consistency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven experience structuring and managing complex commercial deals involving multiple stakeholders and non-standard arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models, including their operational and revenue implications.
  • Experience collaborating directly with enterprise customers on commercial negotiations and contract-related discussions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence sales, finance, legal, and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics, reporting, and discount analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability.
