Position Summary:

Join our team to design and build innovative, secure fullstack applications that make a real impact. You’ll turn business needs into technical solutions, work with modern technologies, and help deliver highquality software across cloud and containerized environments—all while collaborating with a dynamic, forwardthinking team.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Translates customer / marketing requirements into technical specifications.
  • Full stack software development using multiple languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL) and frameworks (.NET, Angular, Spring Boot)
  • Generates and maintains unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software
  • Works with testers to develop software verification and validation plans
  • Applies knowledge of encryption methods and cybersecurity techniques to design, develop, and maintain secure software solutions.
  • Possesses understanding of both Windows server and Cloud environments
  • Possesses understanding of containerization methods (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
  • Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
  • Has working knowledge of AI tools and their application to software development
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
  • Able to assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
  • Exercises sound judgment in resolving day-to-day issues and making routine decisions.
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
  • Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 08-10 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
