About the role
As our Social Performance Lead, you'll own the end-to-end paid social strategy across Australia and the United States, driving profitable customer acquisition while supporting customer retention through innovative remarketing strategies.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, TikTok Shop and emerging social platforms. You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking to maximise performance, scale growth and ensure every campaign delivers measurable business impact.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and TikTok Shop.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition while developing high-performing remarketing strategies.
• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate and customer acquisition.
• Manage paid social budgets across Australia and the United States to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand Marketing teams to develop engaging, high-converting ad creative and messaging.
• Ensure campaigns are on-brand, regionally relevant and aligned with seasonal launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Deliver weekly reporting, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Partner with platform representatives and technology providers to identify new opportunities and platform innovations.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging channels and AI developments to continuously improve campaign performance.
  
  

What you'll bring

• 3-5+ years' experience in paid social performance marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, retail or eCommerce.
• Proven experience managing high-performing paid social campaigns with strong commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data to inform strategy.
• Experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and related performance marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Rakuten, Mountain CTV and product feed management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous optimisation.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
