We are currently in search of a seasoned IT Project Manager to become an integral part of our Global IT organization. This role is pivotal as it involves leading strategic technology initiatives that have a direct impact on our expansive business operations across the globe.
Position Summary
In the role of IT Project Manager, you will take charge of managing complex, cross-functional technology projects from the initial concept phase all the way through to successful implementation and delivery. Your expertise will be essential as you collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business leaders who define project requirements, engineering teams responsible for technical execution, infrastructure specialists who ensure robust system support, and external partners who may provide additional resources or specific expertise. Your focus will be to ensure that all projects adhere to established timelines, remain within budget constraints, and align seamlessly with the strategic objectives of Husqvarna Group. Through your leadership, you will not only drive project success but also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technological landscape, supporting our mission to innovate and enhance our offerings for customers worldwide.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
