Line Cook in St Augustine, Florida at Ice Plant Bar & Bottle Shop Inc

Ice Plant is looking for a dependable, hard-working line cook to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position in a busy, high-quality restaurant where consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items during service, setting up and breaking down the line, following recipes and prep standards, keeping the station clean and organized, practicing proper food safety, and working closely with the chef and kitchen team.

The ideal candidate is reliable, focused, able to work efficiently under pressure, and takes pride in putting out quality food. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
