Description:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments; coordinate provider schedules to ensure efficient clinic flow.
Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and obtain required authorizations prior to visits.
Collect copays, balances, and outstanding patient payments; support collections and billing follow-ups as needed.
Communicate with patients, providers, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination.
Answer incoming calls professionally and meet established phone KPIs (call volume, response time, documentation accuracy).
Perform appointment reminder and confirmation calls to reduce no-shows.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, ensuring proper and complete patient records.
Support back office and clinical teams with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies while delivering excellent customer service.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
