QuestMark Construction Services is seeking an experienced and driven Project Superintendent to support our growing team focused on large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects throughout North America.
The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite supervision and coordination for construction projects from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to customers, project managers, and leadership
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photos, safety records, and quality control inspections
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partners
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
- Experience managing resinous flooring, polished concrete, coatings, or specialty trade contractors is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and other construction management software is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America
