What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Tekla, Sketchup and Revit.
- Overseeing an organized workflow of uploading, managing, and maintaining models.
- Coordinating with trade partners to combine models and resolve clashes.
- Capturing and documenting site data using 360° cameras, 3D cameras, drones, and iPads.
- Learning layout systems and assist with training end users.
- Generating shop drawings and converting hand sketches into AutoCAD.
- Uploading models and drawings into Trimble Connect, AutoCAD Mobile, and other platforms for remote use.
- Attending coordination meetings; documenting notes, developing tasks lists, and sharing updates.
- Creating and updating internal processes and procedures as your role develops.
- Assisting field teams with troubleshooting Robotic Total Stations and related software and equipment.

- 5-day workweek
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Interior Design preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 Drone Certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Able to use personal vehicle for business travel within 80-mile radius (mileage reimbursement provided); Excellent driving record; Virginia Driver’s License
- Strong math skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Clear and respectful communicator with strong listening, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrates a learning orientation and curiosity; actively pursues training and development opportunities.
- Strong commitment to safety, aligned with Lee’s Safety for Life culture.
- Able to meet physical demands, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to speak and understand basic Spanish is a plus.
