This executive product leadership role offers the opportunity to define the future direction of a global technology portfolio through integrated product strategy and AI-driven innovation. You will shape how intelligent workflows, automation, and AI-powered experiences create value for customers and businesses. Working across multiple product lines, you will drive platform evolution, product convergence, and strategic investments that enable scalable growth. This position combines visionary leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong collaboration across engineering, design, data, security, commercial, and executive teams. You will have the opportunity to build high-performing teams, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and help establish a modern AI-native approach to product development.
- Define and execute the enterprise product vision and multi-year strategy for integrated product capabilities across a global portfolio of software solutions.
- Lead the AI and agentic product strategy, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, personalization, recommendations, AI agents, and workflow optimization.
- Build and lead a high-performing product and UX organization focused on AI capabilities, APIs, platform services, and shared product foundations.
- Drive alignment across multiple product areas by creating a cohesive platform experience and making strategic decisions around customer value, technical feasibility, investment priorities, and long-term impact.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Design teams to develop scalable platform capabilities, API-first services, AI infrastructure, and data-driven experiences.
- Evaluate build, buy, and partnership strategies for emerging AI and platform technologies to maximize business value and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams to support product launches, positioning, adoption, monetization, and customer success.
- Represent product strategy in executive-level discussions through clear recommendations, strategic narratives, and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish AI-native product practices, helping teams leverage AI throughout discovery, experimentation, delivery, and continuous improvement processes.
- Extensive product leadership experience within SaaS, platform technology, AI, payments, vertical software, or complex multi-product environments.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-year product strategies across multiple products, markets, or business units.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives, including intelligent workflows, AI agents, automation platforms, recommendation systems, AI-powered decision tools, or related capabilities.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, platform architecture, data systems, AI technologies, and modern software development practices.
- Experience leading platform transformations, product consolidation, shared capability development, or enterprise-wide operating model changes.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product strategy to revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiency, and long-term business value.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading product managers and/or design teams while building strong product practices and operating rhythms.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make strategic decisions with incomplete information, and build trust within distributed global organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in vertical SaaS, payments, billing, commerce, health and wellness technology, fitness technology, or workflow-driven industries.
- Experience scaling AI agents, orchestration platforms, MCP/API ecosystems, marketplaces, or developer-focused platforms.
- Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customer segments.
- Experience developing pricing, packaging, or commercialization strategies for AI, API-based, usage-based, or outcome-driven products.
- Experience leading organizations through AI-enabled transformation and responsible adoption of AI tools.
- Competitive compensation package with an expected annual base salary range of approximately CAD $252,000 – $272,500, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors.
