Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative – Parts is responsible for supporting customers with parts inquiries, orders, and service-related needs. This role interacts directly with customers via phone and electronic communication to ensure accurate identification, ordering, and delivery of replacement parts. The position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while providing a high level of customer service in a technical, fast-paced environment.
