As an SAP BI/Analytics Senior Consultant, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced SAP analytics solutions that transform complex business data into actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA SQL Script, data modeling, and ETL development to build scalable and reliable data architectures. Working closely with international teams and business stakeholders, you will translate analytical requirements into efficient reporting structures and integrated data solutions. You will contribute to system architecture decisions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and enhance the performance of enterprise analytics platforms. • Architect, design, and implement SAP BI and analytics solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise data strategies.
• Conduct technical analysis and develop system architecture for SAP BW/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA analytics environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting structures using SAP BW extractors, SAP HANA views, and Core Data Services (CDS) views.
• Develop and optimize SAP HANA SQL Script solutions to support efficient data processing, transformation, and analytical reporting.
• Leverage ABAP and/or SAPUI5 expertise to support backend data processing, application development, and analytics integration.
• Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that enable business users to access accurate, consistent, and actionable information.
• Optimize data flows, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with global technical teams, business stakeholders, and project members to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP analytics solutions.
• Participate in technical workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution design discussions, and documentation activities.
• Establish and promote best practices in data modeling, ETL development, reporting, and SAP solution architecture.
• Ensure that developed solutions adhere to SAP guidelines, technical standards, and project requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore emerging SAP analytics technologies, including cloud-based solutions.
• Support front-end reporting development and, where applicable, integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Fiori, and UI5 technologies into analytics solutions.

• At least 6 years of professional experience in SAP BI, SAP analytics, or a comparable consulting or technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA SQL Script.
• Practical knowledge of SAP BW extractors, CDS views, data modeling, and ETL development.
• Experience with ABAP or SAPUI5 is required.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA analytics, data architecture, and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Exposure to front-end reporting development and the design of scalable analytics solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot data processing or system performance issues.
• A systematic, analytical, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to document technical solutions, participate in workshops, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Fiori/UI5 development, performance optimization, and cloud analytics is a plus.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Availability to join within 30 days or immediately is preferred.
• Willingness to work according to the applicable arrangement for the selected location: remote in Chennai or Pune, or hybrid in Kochi.
