Porsche Annapolis, part of Johnson Automotive, is looking for a polished, personable, and hospitality-minded Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership.

As our Receptionist, you'll welcome guests and help keep communication throughout the dealership running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and guests warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership.

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.

• Accurately direct and transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member.

• Minimize guest hold times and redirect calls as appropriate.

• Take clear, accurate, and complete messages when needed.

• Develop a working knowledge of dealership departments, personnel, hours, and basic operations to assist with general inquiries.

• Help guests connect with the appropriate Sales, Service, or dealership team member.

• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.

• Provide administrative assistance to dealership departments as needed.

• Assist with other duties that support the dealership and our guests.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great hospitality is about making people feel welcomed, acknowledged, and taken care of.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, pleasant telephone presence.

• A warm, friendly, and welcoming personality.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• The ability to remain poised and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and follow through consistently.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

• A neat, polished, and professional appearance.

• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.

This is a full-time position starting at $18.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience.

Candidates must have scheduling flexibility during dealership operating hours, including Saturdays.

Sales Department Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
