Job Description
BURN BOOT CAMP CULTURE
Our mission at Burn Boot Camp is to inspire, empower, and transform lives through community-based fitness.
We are a dynamic community whose commitment to each other and the mission is one of a kind. We believe hard work is energiencouraged, decision making is promoted, and saying "yes!" to uncharted territory is an everyday practice.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Are you an elite fitness leader who wants to own the product, develop the team, and set the standard at one of the highest-visibility gyms in the Burn Boot Camp system? Are you the kind of trainer who outworks everyone in the room --- and leads others to do the same?
If that's you, the Lead Trainer role at Burn Boot Camp Woodland Hills is one of the most significant fitness leadership opportunities in the brand.
Woodland Hills is a Kevin Hart Brand Champion gym and one of Burn's flagship HQ locations --- a high-visibility, high-expectation environment where the fitness product is on display for the entire system. As Lead Trainer, you are the standard. You own the quality of every camp, the development of every trainer on your team, and the fitness culture of a location built from the ground up. You'll coach a minimum of 16 camps per week, lead the hiring and onboarding of your training team, and deliver a camp experience that reflects what Burn Boot Camp does at its best.
This is not a role for someone looking to punch in and teach classes. This is a role for a competitor --- someone who wants to be the best fitness leader in the market, who takes personal ownership over results, and who thrives in a high-stakes environment where their work is seen and their impact is real. You'll partner directly with the General Manager and HQ support teams to shape the fitness program, execute on pre-opening strategy, and build the culture before the doors even open. Grand Opening is expected February 2027.
You operate with a high-performer mindset --- driven by outcomes, energized by coaching others, and committed to raising the bar every single day.
