Job Description
Pacifico Energy develops, finances, builds, and operates energy infrastructure that powers businesses and communities. In the U.S., we are tackling one of the biggest challenges facing AI and large-scale data centers: access to reliable power. Our private grids bring dedicated generation and energy storage directly to customers, helping projects move forward without waiting for traditional utility connections. We draw on Pacifico Energy Group’s experience across the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, spanning solar, wind, battery storage, and natural gas. Joining Pacifico means helping turn ambitious energy projects into operating infrastructure, with work that connects directly to the people and businesses building the future of AI.
Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As Electrical Construction Manager you represent the owner for electrical installation plant-wide — work that is largely buried or energized by the time anyone thinks to question it.
What you get to do:
- Own the system turnover sequence and boundary definitions.
- Convene and lead walkdowns with construction, commissioning and quality.
- Maintain the punch list and drive closure to agreed categories.
- Review construction work package boundaries against turnover needs.
- Track turnover documentation completeness ahead of each handover.
- Report turnover and completion status to the Commissioning Manager.
What you bring to the role:
- 10+ years in turnover, completions or commissioning on large capital projects.
- 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
- Hands-on experience with completions management systems.
- Demonstrated willingness to hold a line on closure under schedule pressure.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of field experience.
Nice to have:
- Advanced work packaging boundary alignment experience.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
