Job Description

About the role
When something breaks in a customer's day, you're the one who figures out why and gets it fixed. As a Technical Services Engineer, you'll own inbound cases from Customer Service, find root causes fast, and pull in the right people when an issue needs more hands. You'll be the connective tissue between Customer Success, Professional Services, Development, and TechOps, making sure everyone stays aligned when something bigger is going on.

What you'll do
  • Resolve daily inbound cases across all Daxko products and integrated third-party tools
  • Diagnose root causes quickly and decide whether to resolve directly or route to the right team
  • Act as the escalation point for Customer Success when an issue needs urgent attention from another department
  • Test and document bugs, then hand them to the right development team in Jira
  • Coordinate across Customer Success, Professional Services, Development, and TechOps on business and product needs
  • Keep response times fast, looping in teammates when a case calls for extra support
  • Rotate through on-call coverage and teach others how to get the most out of Daxko's software

What you'll bring
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts
  • Comfort working independently and taking initiative on open cases
  • Solid time management and a track record of hitting deadlines
  • Professionalism and integrity, especially under pressure

Nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Coding bootcamp completion or relevant certifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
