We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts across a diverse range of roles, including providers, executives, senior management, and key administrative positions. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for provider, executive, senior management, and administrative roles.

- Develop and maintain sourcing pipelines through residency programs, dental and allied health schools, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.

- Manage all locum and placement agency relationships, including contracts and spend oversight.

- Collaborate closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and clinical leadership to ensure candidate quality, cultural fit, and organizational readiness.

- Design and implement sourcing strategies that support organizational growth and workforce stability.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and healthcare staffing.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or a similar industry.

- Strong network development skills with experience engaging with educational institutions, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks.

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of healthcare staffing, locum tenens, and agency management is highly desirable.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
