• Clear communication skills and the ability to give guests direct but respectful safety instructions.
• Dependability, teamwork, coachability, physical readiness, and strong judgment.
The Kind of Team Member Who Will Thrive HereYou are comfortable in the water and respect how quickly conditions can change.
You pay attention to the whole session, not just the wave in front of you.
You can give clear direction to a guest without turning it into a confrontation.
You recognize when someone is tired, overwhelmed, out of position, or losing control before it becomes an emergency.
You do not hesitate to ask for help when something is uncertain.
Most importantly, you understand that safety comes before catching one more wave.
ScheduleSchedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, training sessions, weather-related changes, and periods of high guest volume.
