Partner Relationship Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager based in United States .

Take ownership of partner relationships across North America, helping strategic partners stay engaged, supported, and positioned for success. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, building trust and ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently. You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and services teams to resolve issues, coordinate resources, and strengthen partner satisfaction. By monitoring relationship health, tracking performance, and identifying potential challenges early, you will help create a smooth and consistent partner experience. You will also support new partner onboarding and contribute to the continued growth of a global SaaS business focused on AI-powered finance automation. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive relationship manager who enjoys solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and making a measurable impact.

Accountabilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of North American partners, acting as their primary contact and trusted point of coordination.

  • Monitor partner health, including satisfaction, engagement, performance, and overall relationship development.

  • Coordinate with internal sales, customer support, and professional services teams to ensure partners receive timely assistance and the resources they need.

  • Identify emerging concerns, respond promptly to partner issues, and coordinate solutions before challenges escalate.

  • Prepare and conduct partner performance reviews, documenting results, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.

  • Maintain accurate partner records, activity logs, and relationship updates to ensure visibility and effective collaboration across teams.

  • Support onboarding for new partners joining the North American ecosystem, helping them navigate internal processes and establish productive working relationships.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners.

  • Support the broader partner delivery function by managing operational relationship activities and helping maintain consistent partner engagement.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a partner-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop business relationships.

  • Proven ability to build trust, strengthen engagement, and proactively improve partner relationships rather than simply maintaining existing contacts.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and maintain productive relationships with multiple teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear, composed, direct, and professional approach to resolving issues and managing expectations.

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B technology environments.

  • Based in North America, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones when required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing partner records, performance reviews, and multiple ongoing activities.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to identify risks, coordinate responses, and follow issues through to resolution.

  • Preferred: Experience with accounts payable automation, procure-to-pay (P2P), or spend management solutions.

  • Preferred: Background in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or partner ecosystem management.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms or partner relationship management tools.

Benefits:
  • Estimated base salary starting at $115,000 USD, with final compensation determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and work location.

  • Potential eligibility for variable compensation, including performance bonuses or commissions.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Paid time off.

  • Retirement benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Fully remote work arrangement.

  • Opportunities for career development and professional growth.

  • A collaborative, meritocratic work culture with supportive leadership.

  • The opportunity to work with international teams and contribute to the growth of AI-powered finance and spend management solutions.

  • A trust-based working environment that encourages autonomy, open communication, and employee feedback.
