We’re looking for friendly, dependable Retail & Growler Shack Team Members to welcome guests, help them find their next favorite piece of Kona gear, and make every visit to our retail shop and growler shack a memorable one. We are looking for both full and part-time positions.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help guests shop for merchandise, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Share information about our beers, growler offerings, and merchandise.
• Fill growlers and handle beer-to-go orders in accordance with company procedures and applicable alcohol-service requirements.
• Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Receive, organize, restock, and display merchandise.
• Keep the retail shop, growler shack, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Support inventory counts and communicate when products or supplies are running low.
• Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol sales.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Comfort handling transactions and learning a point-of-sale system.
• A willingness to learn about our beer, merchandise, and service standards.
• Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required.

This role involves standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and stocking merchandise; and lifting or moving items weighing up to 30-60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Pay of $18-21/hour, plus tips.
