What You’ll Be Doing

Lead by example to create a friendly, organized, and mission-focused environment

Support your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and completing store projects

Train, coach, and motivate Retail Associates

Help with merchandising, rotation pulls, and creating eye-catching displays

Operate the register, handle cash, and assist customers with purchases and questions

Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and well-stocked

Help detect and prevent loss, while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED

At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A positive attitude and love for teamwork

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
