Job Description
Berwyn’s team of Research Specialists is expanding! Your mission as a Public Records Specialist is to provide highly accurate and timely services to PBI’s clients and their customers. You will be responsible for reviewing obituaries and other data points to help determine potential relatives of our participants. Moreover, you will be working with a team to identify and verify mortality status via the review of death data and obituaries.
Responsibilities:
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Adaptability as well as the aptitude and desire to learn
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using a proprietary software system/database
- Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries
Hybrid, 1 day/week in Fort Washington, PA office

The base pay range for this role is $20.50 – 25.50/hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
