This role is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and mission-driven attorney to support high-volume immigration legal operations in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will contribute directly to the preparation and review of immigration applications that help individuals and families secure stability and remain together. Working closely with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams, you will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across case documentation. The environment is collaborative, process-driven, and purpose-oriented, with strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and client impact. You will also conduct targeted legal research to support case strategy and improve internal understanding of immigration topics. - Review immigration application drafts in accordance with detailed instructions provided by senior attorneys, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Identify, track, and implement necessary edits and corrections prior to final submission of case files
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal team members regarding updates, changes, and required adjustments
- Maintain daily productivity targets while ensuring high-quality review of assigned immigration cases
- Conduct legal research on immigration law topics to support case preparation and internal knowledge development
- Support standardized legal workflows by following established procedures and documentation practices
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in a U.S. state
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and apply structured legal processes consistently
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume document review work accurately
- Interest in immigration law and commitment to supporting individuals and families through legal documentation processes
- Proficiency with standard office and legal technology tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and document management systems such as Dropbox
- Experience with case management software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity in a structured, goal-driven setting
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $69,750 USD
