Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Developer, IT Analyst, or similar technical role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with application development, with Retool experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Solid SQL skills, including moderate to advanced experience with querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including pipelines, lakehouses, and notebooks.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control systems such as Azure DevOps strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting UAT, testing, and working within SOX-compliant environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to DevOps or IT support environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • AI tool familiarity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) with practical application in workflows.
  • Industry experience in CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
Benefits:
  • Competitive full-time salaried role with an estimated range of $80,000 – $100,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Annual bonus eligibility and role-based compensation additions where applicable.
