Hearth Pizza Tavern is seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our kitchen team. This position plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Back-of-House Team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen professionals who can execute consistently while maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dish area
• Assist with trash removal and recycling
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean kitchen floors
• Organize clean dishes and kitchen equipment for service
• Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Nights and weekends are required
• Holiday availability required
• Flexible schedule preferred
