RECEIVING/BULK STORES COORD. in Anniston, Alabama at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center

Directs staff and coordinates activities in the bulk stores area; receives all incoming goods; enters electronic data necessary to complete bulk stores receipts; receives and distributes all UPS and Federal Express receipts daily; prepares and ships package returns to vendors daily; places bulk and general stores goods onto shelves; maintains accurate labeling for all bulk stores goods; maintains secure controls to the bulk stores goods; maintains secure control to the bulk stores areas; assists with the physical inventory.

1. Receives incoming supplies and equipment.
2. Maintains storage of supplies and equipment.
3. Distributes supplies to user areas.
4. Ships return supplies and equipment to vendors.
5. Handles telephone calls.
6. Maintains work area and equipment.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Prefer previous experience in warehouse, computerized shipping, and receiving.
