  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators to measure operational success and improvement sustainability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption of new processes.
  • Coach and mentor teams and leaders on continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence tools.
  • Standardize processes and share best practices across teams and sites to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
  • Proven track record of leading operational excellence or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
  • Experience in process analysis, documentation, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Thousand Oaks, CA (on-site, 5 days per week).
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $103,500 – $126,500.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
  • Opportunity to drive high-impact transformation within a leading manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale operational excellence programs and methodologies.
