Rethink is the leading global provider of online research-based resources to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical tools, staff training and practice management for private ABA service providers. Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team!
About the Role:
RethinkFirst is hiring a data-driven Business Development Manager to lead and scale the BDR function in our high-growth Behavioral Health business. You’ll own the top of the funnel — building cadences, sourcing and segmenting lists, sharpening talk tracks, and coaching a team of BDRs to consistently book qualified meetings with decision-makers at Autism and ABA therapy providers.
The ideal candidate is equal parts coach and operator: someone who lives in the numbers, knows what a great cold call sounds like, and can build the playbooks and rhythms that turn activity into predictable pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Coach the Team
Directly manage, hire, onboard, and develop a team of BDRs generating qualified demos with decision-makers.
Run a daily end-of-day call recap — reviewing stats, objection handling, and live mock calls.
Hold structured weekly 1:1s and individual cold-call coaching sessions, plus monthly team call reviews and coaching workshops.
Attract, develop, and retain world-class BDR talent.
Cadence, Lists & Talk Tracks
Build, test, and optimize outbound cadences and sequences across phone, email, and social.
Own list creation and segmentation — source and prioritize target accounts and contacts using enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
Develop, refine, and standardize talk tracks, scripts, and objection-handling guides that the team can execute consistently.
Design repeatable prospecting playbooks that drive consistent, scalable outbound motions.
Data & Performance
Live in the data — analyze top-of-funnel activity, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and revenue produced by the outbound team.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting in Salesforce to track performance and inform decisions.
Proactively track trends and turn them into data-driven adjustments to targeting, messaging, and cadence.
Implement and standardize key sales processes that predictably drive pipeline growth.
What You Bring:
3+ years of business development / pipeline-generation experience (healthcare technology preferred).
2+ years managing a BDR / SDR team, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strongly data-driven — comfortable building reports, reading the funnel, and coaching to metrics.
Demonstrated strength in cadence design, list building, cold calling, and talk-track development.
Experience building playbooks and training content for BDR teams.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and adaptable in a rapidly growing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
