Position Summary:
The Mental Health Program Director provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for outpatient and residential behavioral health programs. The Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting program growth, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This position provides oversight of mental health clinical teams and ensures programs meet all applicable federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards.

RESPONSIBLITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices.Prior management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
- WA State Clinical Licensure required (LMHC/LMHCA/LMFT/LICSW)Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
