Job Description
Experience Coordinator – Medication Technician (Med Tech)
The Experience Coordinator – Med Tech is responsible for safely administering medications while providing compassionate, resident-centered care. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their daily living needs, monitoring changes in their condition, and creating a positive living experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications safely and verify resident identification.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
Complete required documentation, including meal intake and incident reports.
Support resident admissions, transfers, and move-outs.
Follow all community policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
**12 HOUR SHIFTS- 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a with rotating weekends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Certified Nurse Assistant and/or Certified Med Aid
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
