The role
The Customer Care Representative acts as a liaison between Edge and our customers to effectively solve customer inquiries, issues and complaints.
What you will focus on
- Answer a high volume of calls and emails
- Handle, research and resolve customer inquiries
- Complete order and data entry accurately
- Maintain a high level of consistent customer service and professionalism for both our school/sport league administrators and students/parents.
- Fast and accurate turnaround on orders and one touch resolution
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- Experience in call centre or related environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge
- Works well in a team environment
- Sound and timely decision making and composure under pressure
- Detail oriented with an ability to enter orders accurately and efficiently and deliver only the highest service to Edge’s customers in a timely manner
- Decision making and problem solving skills when taking incoming calls
- As part of the employment criteria, individuals need to meet company criminal check requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Hours to Work
- Monday- Friday/ 40 hrs./week- open from 8am-8pm October through December
