Crouse is currently hiring a Community Engagement Liaison.
The Community Engagement Liaison is responsible for coordination and preparation for VTHL, stocking and classroom supplies, and event preparation of materials. In addition, this role may occasionally provide assistance in the coordination and completion of other department duties and assistance at events.
Pay: $31 / hour
Schedule: Per Diem
Responsibilities:
- Proactively assists with the set-up and removal of all required equipment and materials for community events.
- Courteously greets all visitors and guests to the department and directs them to the appropriate person.
- Collaborates with vendors and community organizations for events as a representative of Crouse.
- Represents Crouse at community and employee events.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by department leadership.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: Associate’s degree.
- Minimum of six (6) months administrative and office support experience. Must have experience with event coordination and planning, program development and teaching elementary to adult learners.
