The Company
Our customer is a multinational that operates all over the world for more than 39 years and is one of the world-wide specialist and leader in Laundry ERP.
They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee.

Description of the position
They are looking for a Business & Service Consultant who will be who is responsible for supporting customers during project implementation as well as after go-live. The role combines project execution, customer consultancy, software knowledge, and service ownership.

Working Experience
@ Minimum of 4 years working in ERP/vertical implementation and L2/L3 support.
@ Demonstrated experience working with ERP/CRM/vertical customer support, software support or consultancy experience.
@ Familiar with project management (Prince2/PMP).

Desirable skills
@Experience in ABS products and/or production, hospitality or textile rental industry experience.
@Laundry industry processes knowledge.
@Familiar with BI, SQL, web/portal, mobile apps, and UHF/RFID.
@ Prince2/PMP experience.

Responsibilities and duties
@ Service and support responsibilities :
Manages and resolves support cases by coordinating with teams and customers.
@ Project and consultancy:
Manage projects by overseeing deadlines, documentation, and coordination among teams and clients, ensuring training, monitoring, and a smooth transition between phases.
@ Communication and ownership:
Takes ownership of assigned work, proactively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders while scalating risks on time. Conveys decisions clearly and professionally, building customer trust through reliable
follow-up.

Languages
English: B2/C1 fluent.
Spanish: B2/C1 fluent.

Job location
Madrid. European Union citizen; otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory.

Working from home
Hybrid (2 days remote; 3 days on site).
